PSSV Series
Description
Our PSSV Series, Self-sealing Check Valves, are made from either Polycarbonate or Polypropylene housings with Barb connector sizes for 3/16 inch ID tubing or 5/16 inch ID tubing. The product is made in a class 7 clean room. The seal is a retractable silicone disk that prevents back-flow in several air and liquid applications making it an ideal option for the Medical Industry for air applications including respiratory, ventilator, bio-pharmaceutical. The product can also be used with fluid applications for the medical devices. Designed for pressures under 50 PSI. All material are compatible with Gamma Sterilization 6 Mrads, and ETO Sterilization.
Additional product materials are Radiation Stable Polycarbonate and PVDF. Optional sealing material is EPDM with qualifying volumes. Additional barb sizes, Male and Female Luer connections and Bond-in connections can be designed and provided with quantity volumes.
