Description

The PPCV Series Brass Poppet Check Valves have equal inlet and outlet sizes of  1/8, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch Female NPT threads and 1/2 inch MNPT to 3/8 inch FNPT threads. Seal options are Buna-N, EPDM and Viton®. The cracking pressure on the 302 Stainless Steel spring is 1 psi (standard). Maximum operating pressure is 500 PSI for the 1/8 size and 1200 PSI for all the other sizes. The maximum operating temperature is 180˚ F. Typical poppet valves require approximately 1/2 PSI back pressure to close. Used in applications requiring high flow at an economical price.
